What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at G&L Tube, LLC?
The Maintenance Technician position will work the following shift hours:
6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
$19-26 an hour depending on skill
Job Description:

- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Strong knowledge on mechanical capabilities

Strong knowledge with electrical circuitry 24 V DC controls- 480 3 phase

Perform task unsupervised

Ability to share general maintenance knowledge in a training/leading other technicians capacity
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Use time effectively
- Consistently maintains a safety first mentality

You should be proficient in:
- PLC Troubleshooting Skills
- Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Pneumatics Experience
- Hydraulics Experience
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC Basic programming as well as trouble shooting

- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
