■ Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in construction, millwork, lumber, or related
industries).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage sales strategies.
- Experience in B2B and large-scale project sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under ambitious targets.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo, Acumatica, or similar is a plus).
