What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Technician position at G Town Auto Body?
G Town Auto Body is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our growing collision repair team in Belton, MO. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and knows how to repair vehicles properly, not just replace parts.

Responsibilities:
- Perform collision repairs including dent repair, panel replacement, and structural work
- Weld, straighten, and restore damaged body panels (steel and aluminum)
- Complete R&I (remove and install) of vehicle components as needed
- Repair vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition with quality craftsmanship
- Work with estimators and painters to ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards at all times
- Show up on time, every day, ready to work
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician / Collision Repair Technician
- Strong skills in dent repair, panel replacement, and welding
- Ability to work on both aluminum and steel
- Must be consistent, reliable, and punctual
- Must take pride in quality repairs
- Own basic tools (shop equipment provided)
- Valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
