Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard our organization.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.
- Oversee risk management strategies and prioritize remediation initiatives balancing risk and reward.
- Coordinate and enhance processes related to physical security, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Lead vulnerability audits, penetration tests, and ongoing assessments to uncover security threats.
- Define processes for auditing compliance with information security standards, ensuring prompt action on non-compliance.
- Establish performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of security tools and initiatives.
- Communicate cybersecurity performance and maturity of programs to stakeholders.
