SUMMARY:
Each employee in this position must effectively perform a variety of cash register functions, along with completing all daily job duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - The first priority of your job is to ensure customers are served promptly. This takes precedence over everything else and is the most important part of customer service.
CONSISTENTLY FOLLOW ALL COMPANY POLICIES and PROCEDURES - Attendance, Break, Customer First, Dress Code, Facing & Stocking, Identification, Security, Smoking, Telephone, etc.
SELF MOTIVATED - Consistently shows initiative, self motivation, and the ability to keep productive at all times with minimal standing around.
ACCOUNTABILITY – Consistently performs all cashier duties, cash register functions (including lottery sales, lottery paid-outs, coupons/discounts, acceptance of payment/gift cards) and ensures each customer is accurately charged and receives their change back.
JOB LISTS - Effectively completes all required job lists and any assigned tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
