The Zaibaq Insurance Agency is expanding and we are looking to hire a new highly motivated CSR/Agent to fit into our team located in the southwest Houston/Sugar Land area.
As our newest Spanish-speaking full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and new prospects, processing quotes and applications, policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions that our clients may have.
A property and casualty insurance agent license is required besides
Insurance industry experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Generateinsurance quotes.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Prepare insurance applications including ACORD Forms.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Monitor renewals.
Requirements
- Prior Insurance Industry experience is required.
- Property & Casualty license.
- An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Ability to multi-task.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
