Description
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in our precast concrete production plant.
Duties include:
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Install and maintain production machines and equipment.
- Perform unscheduled repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair throughout the facility.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
- Repair and operate a variety of power tools and equipment.
Requirements
-At least one year maintenance experience
-High school diploma or GED
-Knowledge of tools and equipment
-Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) is preferred
-Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including heat and cold
-Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, 40 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
-Work Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM, half day on Saturdays.
