About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our new, dynamic and growing Operations Practice. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day project management of our client centric Squads. Each Squad focuses on delivering project work for specific clients. Within the Squads, there is one Operations Lead as well as team members from other Practice areas, such as: Analytics, Data and Client Success.
In this role you work in up to 2 Squads and will gain valuable experience in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management all while providing essential support to the Operations Leads and contributing to the overall success of the Squad.
Role Requirements:
Project Management Support:
- Provide day-to-day project management support to Operations Leads on various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and action logs.
- Track progress on key deliverables and milestones, escalating risks and issues as needed.
- Schedule and organize internal meetings, taking detailed notes and distributing action recaps.
- Manage project documentation and assist with template development.
Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new or improved processes, tools, and templates to enhance Squad efficiency and effectiveness.
- Outside of Squads, work with the Operations Practice to support the rollout and adoption of operational initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Squad members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with Squads and clients to gather information, provide updates, and address queries.
- Participate in Squad meetings and workshops as required.
Financial and Resource Support:
- Assist with managing Squad resources, including tracking resource allocation and utilization.
- Provide support with financial management tasks, such as invoice processing, Statement of Work management, and budget monitoring.

Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in an analytical, project management, operational, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with Project management tools is preferred.
