Job Description
Primary Skills: Technical expertise and hands-on experience on Netscaler ADCs to manage and troubleshoot load balancing, application delivery and security solutions.
• Experience: L2: 5 to 7 years and L3: 7 to 10 years
• Required Skills:
• Expertise in Netscaler ADC products including Netscaler MPX, SDX, VPX, CPX and BLX
• Ability to manage Netscaler in various environments.
• Handson knowledge of Netscaler Application Delivery Controller (ADC)
• Understanding of OSI Layer 3/4 and Layer 7 load balancing techniques.
• Familiarity with configuring persistence methods.
• Setting up virtual servers, services and service groups to manage traffic and backend servers
• Configuration of SSL/TLS offloading and managing digital certificates
• Implementing GSLB and configuring ADNS (authoritative DNS)
• Deployment of HA pairs using HA-INC or floating IP
• Managing redundant Netscaler appliances in active-passive or active-active modes
• Mitigating DDoS attacks by leveraging Netscaler’s traffic management capabilities
• Configuring experience in Netscaler AppFirewall is preferred.
• Integrating Netscaler with other security appliances like Cisco ASA, Palo Alto and Checkpoint FWs
• Experience with analyzing Netscaler logs and generating reports on traffic patterns, events and server health etc. Generating reports for compliance with HIPAA
• Familiarity with MPLS & WAN communication technology like Internet VPN, SSL VPN.
• Knowledge of Load Balancer, WAN Optimizer and security devices is an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with ITIL Framework concepts such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility for long working hours and readiness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.
• Ability to work alone as an individual contributor and as a participant in a team environment.
• Preferred Certifications: CCA-N, CCP-N, CCE-N
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining computer networks including switches, routers, WAPs, WLCs and load balancers
• Installing and configuring network equipment.
• Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems.
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance.
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues.
• Implementing disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best-practice.
• Trouble ticket updates and administration throughout the life of the ticket
• Customer update through issue resolution for Escalated Issues
• Make data driven decisions
• Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting.
• Excellent in doing a RCA for customer network problems.
• Assign/Monitor tickets in shift and make sure of SLA adherence
• Contribute to MoMs, Shift Handovers, Daily shift summary reports and training documents
• Responsible to coach and mentor associates on new process changes/updates

Preferred: F5 and Infoblox
Other Product skills (preferred):
