Technology Delivery Manager

What You Will Do

• Oversee and directly manage multiple specialized and various functional teams (e.g. Application Development, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Support, Technology Project Management etc.)
• Act as the single or primary point of engagement for overall program planning discussions with stakeholders and is involved in capacity forecasting, timeline planning, technology scope and solution assessment, end to end delivery, communication and risk management.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely/accurate communication and resolution of issues.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required

• 5 years of experience.
• Must have delivery and project management experience
• Familiarity with full stack and distributed systems
• Must have critical thinking skills, a technology driven mindset, and clear communication.
• Be comfortable with creating decks, status reports and other project level communications that will be shared with senior level management.

Desired

• Prior experience in Banking domain in a Technical Delivery Manager role
• Good knowledge of Retail Banking Collections & Recovery space

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
• Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
• Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
• Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
