Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response)- Development experience using C#/Java - Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)- 5 years experience working as a Genesys developer- Experience on working with CI/CD - 4 years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows- Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution

REST APIs, Salesforce, Genesys On-prem systems, SQL server, data table configurations using Genesys cloud
