Are you driven by a passion for making a difference in people's lives? You can be there to help all kinds of people when they need that help most.
That help will come in the form of you communicating through phone calls and emails with people who may have had an accident, been a victim of theft or had their property damaged in some way. You’ll mostly be in communication with people and parties involved in different types of accidents.
As you can imagine, people phoning an insurance company after they’ve been involved in some kind of accident can be difficult. But never fear as you’ll be on hand to walk them through the process with empathy and compassion.

How You'll Make An Impact

- Adjust Claims: Take calls and emails collecting details from the parties involved in an accident or loss to determine the best resolution strategy.
- Investigate Claims: Learn to investigate claims thoroughly, gathering and analyzing information to help you make informed decisions.
- Document Claims: Accurately document claim files and maintain thorough records.
- Follow Procedures: Use our systems and follow established processes to make sure you’re fully compliant.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Work with claimants and clients, effectively communicating where their claim is and what happens next.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Show the claimant you understand how they feel, and support them in any way you can during their claim process.
