Duties:
Answer phone calls, tenant insurance, research, order supplies, prepare various reports/worksheets and other duties that may be assigned. Assist bookkeeper with Accounts Receivable and Payable, CAM invoices and collections as needed.
Skills:
Computer literate (i.e. Work, Excel, and Outlook)
Familiar with computerized accounting
Ability to handle multiple task
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
