• Schedule: Sunday Night - Friday Morning, 11p - 7a
• Under general supervision, participates in cellar production as assigned, as well as the care, and sanitation of all equipment and facilities. Adheres to all safety procedures, support quality and GMP standards.

• Under general supervision, supports the cellar operation by completing tank sanitation, sampling, blending, and fermentation maintenance . Additionally required to operate a designated machine center.
• Basic knowledge and data entry into wine inventory data base.
• Safely and efficiently operate all assigned pieces of equipment to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective manner.
• Maintains the mindset that there is always room for improvement, there is always a way to do it better.
• Ability to keep work area clean, organized and Food Safety compliant. Responsible for general housekeeping duties and maintaining a sanitary work area.
• Responsible for routine production reporting and quality checks.
• Must be able to consistently perform all in-process and final production quality control and verification checks.

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate; or one year of experience in wine production or manufacturing.
• Forklift certification and operation as needed.
• Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Required to work at heights and in small areas.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $17.22 - $23.25 /hour
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
