The Galt House Hotel is currently hiring for Host to greet patrons at several of our multiple restaurants - Swizzle and Walker's Exchange.
The primary role of the Host is to ensure the guest has a memorable experience by providing excellent customer service through solid organizational skills and exceptional people skills from the moment the guest arrives through the time of their departure.

Responsibilities
- Assigning and escorting guests to their table.
- Providing menus.
- Making reservations.
- Arranging parties.
- May at times act as the cashier.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1 years of previous experience as a host or concierge.
- Guest service and excellent communication skills required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must have a friendly and engaging personality, with a positive attitude and professional and well-groomed appearance.
