The Position
IT Accounts Manager – Full Time
Full time position with benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and paid time off all with a very competitive hourly pay rate. Work Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm. Great work/life balance!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring consistent communication.
· Act as a first line of escalation for client dissatisfaction and triage contract/service-related requests appropriately.
· Maintain strong, trusted client relationships by providing exceptional client service and working diligently to understand client needs.
· Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our cybersecurity/IT products and services and address any concerns promptly.
· Keep clients informed about product updates, new features, or services that may benefit their business.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
· Track client feedback over time to provide insights into service improvement and mark metrics of measurable success/improvement.
· Develop strategies to retain key clients and ensure account renewal and expansion.
· Participate in monthly meetings with management to review/assess client feedback and work with management to implement solutions/changes.
· Use provided software tools to measure client satisfaction levels over time.
Follow-ups & Account Management
· Conduct follow-up meetings with clients after project completion, service delivery, or product implementation to gather feedback. These are to be scheduled into and recorded using provided CRM tool.
· Keep detailed records of client interactions, including meeting notes, emails, and any actions taken to resolve issues using provided CRM tool.
· Assist with billing, contract renewals, and negotiations when needed, coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistently recurring/re-signed contracts.
· Follow product implementation with a request for referrals and manage referral pipeline.
Client Onboarding Support
· Track the process of different onboarding tasks and preemptively communicate updates throughout the process (client should not have to ask account manager for an update on status.)
· Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through the process and ensuring they are comfortable with Gamma Tech’s services and products.
· Account Managers are expected to be technically literate enough to provide high-level product guidance/training and explanation of our various products that are implemented. This will be accomplished alongside project management team.
Quarterly Business Revues
· Provide regular reports on account status, client feedback, and any potential opportunities for account growth. These will often be in the form of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
· Develop quarterly or annual reports for major clients, highlighting performance, value delivered, and potential next steps.
· Keep track of the feedback from these QBRs using provided CRM tool and work towards a goal of achieving measurable improvement over time with each client.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, additional education and certifications desired
- Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 2 years
- Ability to travel to client locations
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Technology and/ or B2B
- Minimum of 1 year IT experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner
- Think strategically to solve problems and leverage resources to achieve results
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRMs and other business software
- Strong communication skills, fluent English, written, verbal – for both customers and team members
- Work with others to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- The role is fully in-office based and must work closely with the internal IT Team
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required, depending on project needs.
