What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Gananda Central School District?
General cleaning of school building including but not limited to:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Sanitizing Surfaces
- Refilling Supplies
- Emptying Trash
- Set up and take down of chairs, tables, etc. for approved meetings, school events, etc.
An additional .50 per hour is paid to a cleaner regularly scheduled to work the night shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
Fingerprint clearance through the New York State Education Department is required for all school employees. The school district will reimburse the cost of fingerprinting for the successful candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.48 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
