Senior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate all monthly closing activities
- Produce monthly financial reports timely
- Prepare state and federal filings
- Support audits
- Financial statement analysis and review with division leaders
- Review and approve labor distributions
- Maintain the allocation model of the accounting system
- Provide monthly data to support and invoice cost reimbursement contracts and grants
- Monthly closing activities
- General ledger reconciliation
- Provide salary and contract performance reporting and reconciliation
- Provide data for budgeting and planning
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Three to five years related experience
- Understanding of GAAP
- Third Party Billing, Virtual Gateway EIM knowledge (of Unit Rate/Accommodation Rate/Cost Reimbursement or Grant Billing)
