What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive New and Used lot Porter/Coordinator position at Ganley Chevrolet Inc?
Ganley Chevrolet Brook Park is currently hiring a lot porter. Our inventory is growing and we need an energetic person to help take care of the dealership lot. We would consider part time or full time positions job candidates.
Applicants must have a clean, valid driver's license, and pass a drug test to earn the position. Must be able to drive a manual transmission or willing to learn, lift 50 lbs. or more, and the ability to operate a plow truck is a plus! You must be conscientious, prompt, and reliable. We are offering competitive wage and flexible hours.
Responsibilities will include:
Straighten the used and new vehicles on the lot, daily.
Make sure inventory is clean and viewable, all vacant spots are filled and lines are straight and organized.
Work with transportation carries in receiving vehicles, checking for damage,
Prep new vehicles for inventory display.
Maintain lot for our customers - clean debris, ice, and snow from sidewalks and parking lot.
