Position Overview:
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating quality customer leads primarily through door-to-door canvassing, and secondarily by working at public events and retail locations as needed. This sales-oriented role is focused on creating opportunities for our Design Consultants, who will complete the in-home sales process.
Essential Functions:

- Memorize and confidently deliver approved sales scripts.
- Travel to assigned neighborhoods and company events to engage potential customers.
- Foster conversations with homeowners to identify needs and explain our products and services.
- Generate high-quality leads for in-home consultations.
- Set and confirm appointments with our Call Center team.
- Collaborate regularly with the Sales team to share ideas and learn best practices.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of the company at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for door-to-door canvassing and direct customer engagement.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand positively and respectfully.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset to work independently and drive results.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work required in all weather conditions.
- Frequent travel to neighborhoods and event sites within our Northeast PA territory.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
