ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER (ASM)
The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) will assist in leading our sales team, monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and develop action plans. This ASM’s goal is to maintain a positive work environment, while keeping customer satisfaction a top priority. They will report to our Chief Sales Officer to develop and implement strategies that improve company sales.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Review jobs turned in to ensure estimates are accurate and jobs are profitable.
- Holding the sales team accountable for their closing rates, and gross profit goals.
- Setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the sales team.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of the sales team’s vehicles and any other tools.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products and services.
- Assist with in-office training, field training and weekly sales meetings.
- Work closely with the call center to keep track of leads status, to increase closing rates, and ensure proper customer service.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of the company.
- Practice safe work measures to avoid accidents.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong work ethic.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
- Ability to communicate and present at all levels in the organization.
- Positive problem-solving attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Social Media.
