EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The Executive Assistant will report directly to an executive on our team. You will provide executive, administrative, and development support.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Administrative tasks:
- Manage your executive’s calendar.
- Compose and prepare correspondence.
- Answer calls.
- Create presentations.
- Compile documents for meetings.
- Research.
- Follow up on incoming issues and concerns.
- Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with management.
- Keep your executive well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Perform clerical functions such as:
- Invoices.
- Reports.
- Memos.
- Letters.
- Spreadsheet.
- Other documents.
- Attend meetings, give presentations and take detailed notes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- A self-starter, motivated to contribute to the group.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach, problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High level of customer service and response.
- Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Google tools, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Work Schedule: (Full time)
- Monday - Friday
- 7 AM to 5 PM
- After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
