Responsibilities:
- Oversight of successfully securing Resident and Medicaid receivables including the billing of Medicaid/MCO claims for multiple Communities
- AR Specialist will coordinate with staff at our communities to complete and monitor all Medicaid paperwork after ABE applications are completed at site level
- Medicaid paperwork follow up on all pending cases
- Complete MEDI admits, readmits, discharges and income changes in a timely manner
- Research and review Medicaid aged balances from both HFS and MCOs
- Must work closely with AR Accounting Managers and community staff
