Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a Regional Human Resource Business Partner to oversee management of our Central and Southern Illinois Communities!
Responsibilities:
- Leads recruitment, development, and retention strategy of dedicated team members
- Provides counsel to Community and regional leadership, manages compliance requirements, and supports Gardant communications on human resource related subjects
- Ensure communitys adherence to all applicable employment regulations and approved operating procedures
- Collaborates with the regional team to participate in Executive Director and department manager interview processes, ensuring the selection of top talent for vacant roles
- Leads the execution and innovation of the annual performance review process to ensure alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of accountability and development
- Supports Community operations in preparing for regulatory reviews and inspections, with attention to compliance and readiness across all locations Oversees the workers' compensation claims process to ensure compliance with regulations and timely resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar preferred
- Multi-site management experience required
- Thorough knowledge of state, federal and local regulations
- SHRM, HRCI, and CEBS certification preferred
- Position will require flexibility for travel and overnight stays
