Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Perform cash management duties, including counting and balancing cash drawers
- Utilize math and 10-key typing skills to accurately calculate totals and make change
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong math skills, including proficiency in retail math calculations
- Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in cash management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
