Student Affairs Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Advise students on academic progress
  • Manage and supply ongoing information to the Department of Family Services to provide best possible guidance to students
  • Counsel students to help them overcome barriers to successfully completing the program
  • Monitor and input attendance, grades and performance using Excel and School Management system
  • Uses word and data processing software. Updates standard computerized applications
  • Follow up on tardy and absent students to improve retention and record notes in School management system
  • Process drop, leave of absence form when necessary
  • Upload midterm and final exam at the end of the module to both School Management system and OneDrive.
  • Responsible for completing, updating, and submitting weekly excel spreadsheet for 6 months projection and providing other ancillary reports, as requested
  • Prepare letters for student needed for childcare and agencies
  • Create google classroom and send out google invite to student 5 days prior to class starting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management

  • Verify program completion or withdraw documentation.

- HS Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
