Night RA Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team. The Night Supervisor will work under the direction of the Wellness and Staff Coordinator and will oversee staff to ensure compliance and accuracy in duties, tasks, lists and written communication. He/She will monitor the work performance of night Resident Attendants for achievement of objectives while maintaining policy/procedure compliance and counsel as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in ADL assistance.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of night staff, ensuring effective team management.
• Assist with employee orientation and training to ensure all night staff are knowledgeable about facility policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular rounds of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with facility standards.
• Will supervise/provide assistance with ADL's and ensure all written necessary documentation is completed each night.
• Will provide/supervise that assistance with all health maintenance and monitoring tasks are completed.
• Will lead team in responding to and acting appropriately in emergency situations.
• Will assist Staffing Coordinator with night schedule/staffing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in adl assistance is preferred.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resident care.
