About the Role
As a Shipping Associate, you'll play a critical supporting role in our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Order Fulfillment: Pulling merchandise and preparing shipments with care and accuracy.
- Data Entry: Managing shipment information in our system with precision.
- Embroidery Machine Operation: Completing embroidery orders on time for shipment.
- Customer Support: Answering overflow phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clerical Tasks: Assisting with light filing and other office duties to support our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Accuracy & Organization: Ensure shipments are accurate (< 2 mispacked shipments per month) and orders are neatly and correctly packed.
- Timeliness: Complete embroidery orders on schedule and maintain a punctual work routine.
- Team Support: Assist colleagues during slow periods by taking on additional office tasks.
- Proactive Communication: Ask questions when unsure and notify the team when you’re out of tasks.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Own mistakes, learn from them, and prioritize delivering excellent customer service.
- Workplace Pride: Keep your workspace tidy and foster a positive work environment by bringing your best self (and some humor!) to work each day.

- Skills: Strong math and English skills, spreadsheet and CRM/ online order platform skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
