Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, terms, and conditions.
• Market various insurance products to potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist clients in completing applications and claims processes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex information and provide tailored solutions for clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
• A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe upon hiring.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,054.00 per year
