Delinea Technical SME

Qualifications Required :

10 years of experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years specializing in PAM solutions.
Hands-on expertise with Delinea (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Cloud Suite) or similar PAM tools (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault).
Strong understanding of privileged access security best practices, identity governance, and access control models.
Experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud IAM services, SIEM tools, and DevOps environments.
Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or APIs) for PAM administration and automation.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with both technical and business teams.

Preferred :

Certifications : CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific certifications (Delinea Certified Professional, BeyondTrust, CyberArk Defender).

Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) access, Zero Trust security models, and behavioral analytics for privileged access.

Knowledge of cloud-native PAM solutions and integration with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud IAM.
