Instructional Designer
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field, preferred.
Proven experience in instructional design and visual / graphic design.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of gamification and microlearning techniques.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong organization and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Able to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently in a proactive manner to anticipate and solve problems.
