Garner Health is an early-stage health technology company that helps consumers find and access the best possible doctors nearby. Using our national claims database, we identify the top-performing doctors in every geography: those who avoid unnecessary care and who deliver great clinical results. Our consumer-friendly product and a new approach to financial incentives helps users get to these top doctors. The result is a significantly improved user experience for finding care, dramatically better health outcomes, and thousands of dollars in savings for consumers and their employers.
The company is led by Nick Reber who was on the leadership team at Oscar Health. At Oscar Nick was Head of Growth and all provider relationships, helped increase revenues to over $2 billion. Garner has secured venture funding and is building out its pre-launch team.
As we bring our solution to market and scale the company, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join the early team and provide leverage directly to our CEO. This individual will help drive important processes, manage decision-making channels, and prioritize deliverables. This individual will also represent the CEO in conversations with customers, investors, and other major stakeholders. The ultimate responsibility is to help the CEO be as effective as possible in whatever capacity makes sense.
Main responsibilities:
- Help project manage and implement business priorities, and ensure that the CEO is working on the most important items for the company
- Help complete priority items for the CEO to an appropriate level of quality
- Keep the CEO accountable for commitments and augment the CEO in managing relationships
- Ensure that the CEO is prepared for both internal- and external-facing meetings, including appropriate follow-ups
- Scope and execute one-off projects as needed
