We're looking for a Data Scientist I to join our Directory team, ensuring that Garner maintains a best-in-class understanding of physicians and healthcare facilities across the U.S. This is a hybrid role and will require up to 3 days a week in Garner's New York City office.

Responsibilities will include :

• Build and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to improve provider recommendations and the member search experience.
• Enhance Garner's understanding of the provider landscape by evaluating and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Design scalable data pipelines that ingest, clean, and enrich healthcare provider data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

The target salary range for this position is : $100,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
