Handle day-to-day clerical items such as mail and answering phones.
Provide support to the Accounts Payable Department, assisting with data entry of invoices and reconciling vendor statements.
Provide support to the Project Manager and Lead Project Coordinator as needed .
Organize, maintain, and track project documents and correspondences .
Assist in preparing, tracking, and following up on construction processes.
Assist in data entry, approval of contract documents, accounts payable invoices and payroll.
Serve as the go-to person for clerical project needs.
Learn the functionaility of Viewpoint Spectrum to assist with data tasks. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous administrative experience.
Ability to work independently.
