This is a rare opportunity for an experienced advisor to step into a lead role with a respected firm that prioritizes deep client relationships, comprehensive planning, and long-term thinking over sales quotas or short-term production.
About the Role:
The Senior Wealth Manager will serve as a lead advisor for a select group of high-net-worth client relationships. You’ll take point on delivering comprehensive financial planning, investment strategy, and ongoing guidance while collaborating with an experienced internal team of planners, investment professionals, and support staff.
The firm offers a strong client pipeline—so there is no need to bring over a book—but there’s also opportunity for the right candidate to take part in strategic business development efforts, if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary advisor to a set of HNW clients
- Deliver thoughtful, comprehensive financial planning and investment advice
- Coordinate across internal planning, tax, and investment teams
- Help transition new clients into the firm and maintain long-term trust
- Contribute to planning strategy, mentor junior team members, and engage in firm-wide collaboration
- Engage in business development efforts to attract new clients and grow assets under management (AUM)
- Leverage your professional network and reputation to generate new planning opportunities and build long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Strong track record of client relationship management at the HNW level
- CFP®
- Deep understanding of estate, tax, and retirement planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A client-first mindset and true fiduciary orientation
