Gary Lang is a high volume dealership with a modern, state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Lake and McHenry county. Three new car showrooms, two pre-owned car showrooms, an automatic car wash, 36 service bays, and have over 1500 vehicles to display.
- Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs
- Demonstrate product performance on test drives
- Describe optional equipment available for purchase.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Sales Professional - Job Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
- Professional dress code.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Enthusiastic and persuasive with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in overcoming objections and negotiating pricing
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
