Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated selling Branch Manager who will focus on business development and servicing our customers.  This Branch Manager will be responsible for growing and developing the sales and margins of temporary staffing services within the assigned branch geographic territory.

Salary: $800.00 per week commissions that can easily produce 30% - 50% of total compensation (depending on sales performance, profitability, etc.)

Essential Functions

In addition to traditional sales and service functions, this person will be responsible to:

• Present and sell temporary staffing services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Follow up on leads.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Oversee and direct branch staff to ensure branch and corporate objectives are met.
• Coordinate with branch staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate independently and self-manage projects. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent with two years of management and direct sales experience.
