We are currently seeking a Survey Technician / CAD Technician for our Duluth office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compiling information for plans, as-builts and final plats
- Checking worksheets and plats for number accuracy
- Revising plats according to red line comments by Supervisors
- Assisting Managers and Surveyors by whatever means necessary to complete projects
- Assisting in preparing preliminary information and specifications for plats
- Assisting in developing a variety of layouts, drawings
- Reproducing documents and plans
- Assisting with others in department as needed
- Completing basic surveys such as closings, foundations, and elevation certificates
- Develops self, seeks knowledge and develops technical knowledge of others
- Assisting Party Chief to get information read
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 1 year of field and office surveying experience
- Minimum 1 year hands on experience with AutoCAD
- Developing AutoCAD & other surveying software skills
