What You’ll Do:
- Review Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and ensure compliance with client specifications, codes, and standards
- Present cost and time estimates based on project requirements
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing estimates for major equipment and services
- Assist with client communications and negotiations during the quoting phase
- Manage and maintain estimating files and update our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Systems Manual for all estimates
- Collaborate with Product Engineering post-project award for client-specific requirements
- Assist with project kick-off meetings and provide input on specification compliance
- Transfer cost estimates to the ERP system after project awards

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; additional qualifications preferred
- 5 years of Estimating Oil and Gas Process Equipment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Occasional travel may be required
