What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relief Resident Advisor position at Gastineau Human Services?
Relief Resident Advisor, you would be assisting in all aspects of the daily operation of Glacier Manor Community Residential Center. The primary functions of the position are assisting residents with daily life skills, resident accountability, and enforcement of Community Residential Center rules and policies.
This is an on-call as needed opening.
An ideal candidate would have healthy boundaries, compassion, and fairness. You would be respectful to our clients served, have integrity and a team player. You should also have excellent computer skills, good written and oral communication, time management and organizational skills.
Starting pay $18.81 per hour
- Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid Alaska driver’s license
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- Open until filled
