Job Overview:
Picture a role where you'll deliver service of the highest caliber, guiding customers through financial transactions, and presenting a variety of products and services to make banking easier!
A Glimpse at the Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM
Rotating Saturdays (1-2 per month): 9AM-12PM (plus, enjoy a half-day off during the week when you work Saturday!"
Don't forget the additional $5/hr for every Saturday shift.
Core Responsibilities:
Open new accounts and educate customers on our range of products and services.
Seamlessly utilize customer interactions to introduce services that can enhance their experience.
Manage and balance cash drawer.
Address basic customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, while adhering to regulations and privacy policies.
Demonstrate "Brilliant at the Basics" customer service skills and foster meaningful relationships.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service, cash handling, and/or sales experience preferred
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in transaction processing
