Your Impact:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’re not just handling transactions, you’re shaping positive financial journeys. Be the friendly face that guides customers through their banking needs and opens doors to a world of financial possibilities.
Core Responsibilities:
Handle transactions with precision and speed, including Deposits, Withdrawals, and Loan Payments/Payoffs
Ensure accountability of your cash drawer, ensuring it is secure and balanced.
Using attention to detail to ensure every transaction is executed accurately.
Answering customer questions both in-person and over the phone.
Welcome customers warmly, providing a standout experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Guide customers through the process of new accounts and highlighting available products and services.
When You’ll Shine:
Monday through Friday: 9AM-6:PM (Closing)
Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM-12:15PM
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, cash handling or sales? That’s a plus!
