Specific duties include but are not limited to

We are hiring an embedded software developer for the Intraplex software team. Responsibilities include :

• Design and implement software for real-time, multi-threaded applications on both RTOS and Linux platforms; produce new algorithms and logic to enhance the product features; apply IP networking concepts related to providing packet loss protection techniques for media transport applications such as : Forward Error Correction, ARP, and Packet Duplication etc.
• Provide maintenance / support for existing network transport products in the Intraplex product line by solving customer reported issues and implementing new features.
• Compose, design and develop product documentation, participate in peer code reviews, provide product support as needed to Service. Interact with customers and the Sales team.
• Participate in product functional test and pre-release validation.
• Participate as a member of a geographically distributed software team.
