Adventure Services Manager is responsible for the oversight of operations for activities in the Adventure Center and Museum; assist in operation and development of new activity programs; assist in group activities and special events. Responsible for retail purchasing and inventory for all outlets.
- Responsible for the operation of the Adventure Center, Museum and Retail for all outlets
- Oversee training and scheduling of Adventure Center and Museum staff
- Develop and implement Resort activities coordinating with General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, and applicable department managers
- Stocking retail space, assisting in retail display, and maintaining a neat and orderly space.
- Assisting departmental inventory, orders, check-in and pricing.
- Works with team members in a variety of ways to assist with curatorial research, operations, security and educational programs.
- Assist in development, marketing and implementation of Resort activities; coordinating and education of respective staff
- Able and willing to perform other tasks to maintain productive and successful work environment; complete and submit necessary paperwork, read posted notices on bulletin board; attend meetings and trainings.
- Other duties as reasonably requested
Salaried position of $60,000-$65,000 annually

Requirements
• 1-3 years management experience
• Experience in Hospitality Industry
• Previous guest relations training
• Exert physical effort in transporting 50 pounds, sometimes over head
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
