Description
The Resort Landscaping Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Resort grounds in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Directs and work with managers and associates to successfully execute all landscaping operations.
· Mow/edge lawn and walkways.
· Apply pesticides and herbicides under the direction of Supervisor and pull weeds.
· Prune trees and shrubs.
· Clean planters/planter boxes.
· Rake leaves.
· Haul rubbish; clean and replace compactor.
· Fertilize lawn.
· Replant areas as directed by General Manager.
· Sweep walkways and parking lots.
· Operation and maintain irrigation system.
· Clean and maintain ponds and water features.
Salaried position $50,000-$60,000/year

Requirements
• Driver's license
• Experience in Hospitality Industry
• Previous guest relations training
• Exert physical effort in transporting 50 pounds, sometimes over head
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
