Assistant Property Manager
Gateway Management company is currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our Forest Mill Apartments, an apartment community located in West Point,, GA. This position is responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the community to include, but not limited to helping prospective tenants, answering phones, routing service requests for maintenance staff and assisting the Property Manager as needed.
Must have a High school education or equivalent and prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or one year experience in a customer service related to property management. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to effectively work with all types of people.
