Requirements:

  • 18 years or older with High School Diploma or GED required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current auto insurance & driver’s license
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move with clients to ensure their safety
  • After school/ evening availability

Job Duties:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy at our centers and in our client's homes under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Following client specific programs, behavior plans and other activities or procedures as outlined for each client.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations & Gateway policies.
