Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is looking for an OVERNIGHT PRN LPN or RN for our Center Township, PA location. Schedule will vary. Our nurses provide direct patient nursing care which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments.

- Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.
- Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
- Intervenes in crises and other emergency situations and provides admission phone triage.
- Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.
- Provides patient health education.
- Completes employee health duties.
- Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.
- Must be skilled and physically able to perform necessary medical interventions when needed.
- Must demonstrate good judgement, decision making and leadership skills necessary to take responsibility for nursing-related patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state licensure as a registered or practical nurse.
- CPR Certification
- Two years’ experience in nursing field preferred.
- PA Criminal Background Check
- Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
- Pass Drug Screen
- TB Test
- CPR Certification
- Extended care facility treating those with substance use disorders.
