A Day in the Life:
- Process and review all closing related documentation.
- Preparation of Post Closing Documents for Purchase & Refinance transactions to be sent out to Lenders/Realtors.
- Recording of Purchase & Refinance Deed/Deed of Trust through SimpliFile e-recording service
- Distribution of Recorded Documents to Lenders and/or Buyers once received back from County/City
- Research and resolve discrepancies.
- Review all documentation for 100% accuracy.
- Keep current with our products/services, our industry and competitors.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
You possess …
- A High School Diploma
- Previous Post Closer Experience Preferred.
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage and multitask daily workload.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Ability to work collectively with the administration/facilities team associates.
