Role Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented part-time, Wedding Assistant to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating seamless, memorable wedding days.
The Wedding Assistant will support the Owner and Lead Planner on event days, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll play a key part in helping our couples feel relaxed and cared for while bringing their vision to life.

Compensation:
$18-$20/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist with timeline management and vendor coordination throughout the event day
- Support set up and break down of personal and decorative items
- Oversee the flow of the ceremony and reception
- Anticipate and exceed client and guest needs with professionalism and care
- Communicate clearly and calmly with the planning team, vendors, and venue staff
What We’re Looking For:
- A calm, kind, and professional demeanor—especially under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in event coordination (wedding experience is highly preferred)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction
Travel Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to venues throughout the Sacramento region and beyond
- Carpooling is available for events more than 30 miles away (no mileage reimbursement provided)
Salary : $18 - $20
